If you have access to a diagnostic or factory tool that can tell you what your software number is, we can check ahead of time for you. If you have any questions, or want to know if your software is supported, please contact us. If that is the case, you need to have your software version updated at the dealer or you can return the product for a refund. It is possible that the software version you have is not available.
